- Shipping damages: Products damaged during shipping.
Products returned for any other reasons, including change of mind or incorrect ordering, will not be accepted.

- Product name and quantity
- Description of the defect or damage
- Photos of the product showing the defect or damage
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Please do not send the product back without approval, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.
3. Product Condition
All returned products must be:
- In their original packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals, and components
- Free from misuse or damage caused by the customer
Products failing to meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
4. Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product was damaged during shipping.
